Health Dimensions Group is pleased to share that Duane Larson has joined the company as Vice President of Operations. In this role, he oversees the operations of HDG’s 23 managed communities in five states. His responsibilities include financial oversight, clinical outcomes, census management and strategic outlook for each of these communities.

Larson was previously Director of Operations at Presbyterian Homes and Services of Minnesota where he served for the past seven years. He has provided multi-facility leadership to more than 20 communities with Presbyterian Homes, helping the organization open nine new campuses. Larson has had fiscal responsibility for operating budgets in excess of $200 million. His leadership helped carry the mission and values of the organization to the employees at its centers throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa.

Prior to his time with Presbyterian Home, Duane has worked in various operational roles with The Board of Social Ministry, Ebenezer Society, Martin Luther Manor and St. John Lutheran Home.

Larson earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and is a licensed nursing home administrator.
