Health Dimensions Group Recommended for Management of Chicago-area Facility

We are pleased to share that Health Dimensions Group (HDG) has been recommended for day-to-day management at Winchester House, a Lake County-owned health care and rehabilitation center in Libertyville, Illinois. A review panel made up of representatives from the Winchester House Advisory Board and key county personnel conducted a comprehensive review of HDG’s quality of care surveys, performance records, financial records, and conducted announced and unannounced visits and interviews to several of HDG’s managed communities.
