Amy Minnich to Join HDG as Consulting Practice Project Manager

We are pleased to share that Amy Minnich will be joining Health Dimensions Group September 12 as our new Project Manager in the Home and Community Based Division of the Consulting Practice.

Amy’s professional background includes leadership positions in acute hospital and critical care, home health, managed care, and long term care services. Most recently, she served as the Executive Director for LIFE Geisinger (Living Independently for Elders Program operated by Geisinger Health System) in Pennsylvania. Amy was also a 2008 Practice Change Fellow sponsored by Atlantic Philanthropies and the John A Hartford Foundation, a program designed to improve services and expertise in the field of senior care.

Amy completed her diploma in Nursing from Geisinger Medical Center School of Nursing, Bachelor’s Degree from Pennsylvania State University and holds a Master’s in Health Services Administration from Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
